Workshop Rules and Policies

1) All attendees must adhere to the rules and policies set forth herein.
2) All workshop fees are payable in full when registering. Workshop fees are non-refundable.
3) Attendees must display ID cards (signifying payment of the Workshop fees), either by wearing them around the neck by using a lanyard or by some other means. Cards may be pocketed only during active participation in the workshop where the wearing of an ID may interfere with that participation. HPA staff and personnel have final say on what constitutes a valid reason not to wear the ID card.
4) All rules of the workshop venue must be followed without question. A copy of any venue rules will be distributed to each attendee at check-in.
5) Repeated failure to follow the rules set herein, are grounds for ejection from the Health Preservation Association's Seasonal Workshop. Attendees are expected to comport themselves with decency and respect for fellow attendees at all times. The HPA staff retains the right to eject attendees should their actions, in the judgment of the Workshop presenter or HPA staff, warrant. Ejection from the Workshop does not entitle any person or persons being ejected to a refund of any kind.
6) In all matters pertaining to the Health Preservation Association's Seasonal Workshops, the decision of the HPA staff or their representative is final.
7) Still photos and audio recordings may only be made during presentations with prior permission from the presenter. Please note, the Health Preservation Association reserves the right to videotape segments of the Workshop for promotional purposes only.
